As our name suggests, RS Turbos.Com can supply you with a wide variety of turbochargers and rs Parts. Every reconditioned unit is fully stripped, overhauled and tested to the highest standards.

When the units are overhauled, they are thoroughly cleaned of any corrosion, dirt, grease and carbonization before being dismantled.

Each piece is then inspected for wear or damage. Any suspect part is then either re-machined or replaced as necessary.

All serviceable turbo parts (such as seals and bearings) are automatically replaced during overhaul.

The turbo unit is then tested to check the balance of the turbo core, and also for any oil leaks.

Only after all of these procedures and inspections is the turbo offered for re-sale.
